Please read and sign the following and return with your registration form.

I hereby waive and discharge Big Wheel Tours and any organization associated with this event (including but not limited to municipalities, school districts, churches, clubs, campgrounds, sponsors, and any employee or associate thereof), from all liability as a result of my participation in a Big Wheel tour. I further understand that accidents, with fatalities, serious bodily injuries, and/or property damage, can occur during bicycle touring/traveling. Knowing these risks involved, I nevertheless agree to assume those risks and to release all of the persons or entities mentioned above for any injury, death, illness, or property damages occurred on these tours or in the travel to and from them. I also release Big Wheel Tours from all damages or injuries as a result of weather conditions during the tours. I further understand that if I leave before the posted daily starting time or bicycle a course different than mapped or marked, that I will not receive the services as published and advertised, that I will be riding at my own risk and release the aforementioned entities from liability for any injury, death, or damages which may occur to me or anyone else. I further attest that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event. I also agree to wear a ANSI or Snell approved bicycle helmet at all times when riding a bicycle during this event and agree to have an adequate medical insurance coverage for the duration tours, and all of the entered Big Wheel Tour event. Big Wheel Tours cannot be held responsible to refund airline fees due to a change in itinerary or tour cancellation or theft of any personal gear including bicycle. Full refunds will be given for tours canceled by Big Wheel Tours. I also attest that I will abide by the rules and regulations of those state and local municipal laws applicable, including vehicle laws. I also understand that Big Wheel Tours reserves the right to disregister participants unwilling to ride in a safe manner or displaying unacceptable behavior, and to change or cancel tours (with refunds) for various reasons. I also give my permission to Big Wheel Tours to use my name and any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, evaluations or any other record of my participating in the Big Wheel Tour event(s) for any publicity and/or promotional without obligation or liability to me. It is finally agreed that this complete waiver is binding on my heirs and assigns. I have read, understand, and certify my compliance by my signature.
